Prior to partnering with WorkDove, Brady used a mixture of disparate systems and paper for tracking performance. A lack of formal documentation and consistency posed an issue- some Managers conducted 90-day reviews for new hires along with annual reviews while others did not. No formal leadership succession planning was in place and 360-degree feedback was outsourced and therefore, expensive. Their HRIS ultimately did not meet their performance and talent management needs.
As the majority of their workforce is comprised of front-line technicians, Brady had the desire to create individual development plans (IDPs) so technicians could clearly see their path forward and realize their potential. Managers needed a streamlined way to view the performance of their direct reports, as well as their downline, and a system that allowed for intentional coaching conversations and an overall increase in insight and accountability.
